Suboptimal structure of the company; low efficient supply chain management was causing high inventory and obsolescence and a not satisfying service degree to the customers. Inefficient using of the SAP system in the area of order- and capacity planning.

Task:

Revision of the company structure. Verification and implementation of an existing program to increase efficiency.
Improvements in the supply and delivery situation.

 

Results:  

  • Design and implementation of a process orientated structure in the company.
  • Revision of the existing program for efficiency increase (replacement of some week points with new ones).
  • Improvement of the SAP handling; improvement in the supply chain and service degree.
  • Development of an operational footprint for the group.
