Interim-COO production and supply chain

Task:  

Take over the COO responsibility (SCM, Engineering, Production and Quality); new definition and introduction of the SCM processes (planning, purchase, transport and stock-keeping); improvement and increase the quality processes in development and production;

Results:

• Introduction of a new organisational structure in the planning department to support an optimized planning and procurement process; incl. the necessary personal measures
• approx. 20 Mio. € Inventory reduction
• 30% reduction of incoming freight costs
• restructuring stock-keeping and internal material flow
• Concept and introduction of a guarantee system for E-Bikes
• Introduction of new quality processes (specification, FMEA, supplier development, audits, etc.)
