Analysis of the existing planning procedures inside the plant and restructuring the planning processes with the development of proposals for improvement

Results:

• Redefinition of the planning processes
• change the autonomous planning processes of the different production departments to a centralized planning with a coordination along the whole value added chain.
• A proposal for an adequate organizational structure.
